Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mesoblast is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This position is remote and perfect for someone who is independent, dedicated, and looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team- High school diploma or equivalent- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
