Responds to customer service inquiries regarding company products, features and/or servicesInput sales orders, payments, and help customers activate their serviceCall customers to renew their subscriptions, upsell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedbackUpdate clients' accounts to maintain data integrityTroubleshoot basic technical customer issues with service activation and operationSkills & Experience Required: A team player with excellent communication skillsAn enthusiasm to help people and be customer-focused with a warm, approachable, and outgoing mannerSome experience using database management systemsFast learner and self-starterSome basic software or IT technical skills would be highly advantageousExcellent fluency in English - written/reading/spoken; additional languages are a plusBachelor's degree preferredAdditional Comments: Ability to work some weekends and occasional holidays.
Information About Your Location We offer a flexible hybrid (full time from the office for the first month during training, then moving to 3 days in the office) working style from our small Stirling office location in Perth WA or the option to work fully remote from WA.
