What You Will Do
As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience with our solutions. If you are service-minded and thrive in a friendly, hard-working, fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity for you.
Responds to customer service inquiries regarding company products, features and/or services
Input sales orders, payments, and help customers activate their service
Call customers to renew their subscriptions, upsell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedback
Update clients' accounts to maintain data integrity
Troubleshoot basic technical customer issues with service activation and operation
Skills & Experience Required:
A team player with excellent communication skills
An enthusiasm to help people and be customer-focused with a warm, approachable, and outgoing manner
Some experience using database management systems
Fast learner and self-starter
Some basic software or IT technical skills would be highly advantageous
You should have excellent fluency inEnglish -written/reading/spoken,andyou may even speak another language although this is not a requirement
Bachelor's degree preferred
Additional Comments:
Ability to work some weekends and occasional holidays.

We offer a flexible hybrid (full time from the office for first month during training then moving to 3 days in the office) working style from our small Stirling office location in Perth WA or the option to work fully remote from WA.
