What You Will Do As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience with our solutions. Responds to customer service inquiries regarding company products, features and/or servicesInput sales orders, payments, and help customers activate their serviceCall customers to renew their subscriptions, upsell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedbackUpdate clients' accounts to maintain data integrityTroubleshoot basic technical customer issues with service activation and operation Skills & Experience Required: A team player with excellent communication skillsAn enthusiasm to help people and be customer-focused with a warm, approachable, and outgoing mannerSome experience using database management systemsFast learner and self-starterSome basic software or IT technical skills would be highly advantageousYou should have excellent fluency in English - written/reading/spoken, and you may even speak another language although this is not a requirementBachelor's degree preferred Additional Comments: Ability to work some weekends and occasional holidays.
