Job Description Handle telephone traffic for a pre-sale, point of sales, and post-sales environment.Enter service requests into the in-house system.Resolve and process all consumer enquiries and requests in a professional manner.Accurately input orders onto the in-house systems.Work as part of a team, meeting individual, team, and department objectives.Be self-sufficient and able to prioritize tasks.Communicate with both external and internal customers at all levels.Understand spare part diagrams and communicate with relevant personnel in the factory to swiftly identify relevant spare parts.Coordinate with the factory logistics team and monitor delivery status for all spare part orders.Maintain a continuous focus on customer care.Create quotations for all Accessories, Consumables, and Spare Parts for clients.Manage all warranty-related requests and data recording.Ensure all enquiries, questions, issues, and customer complaints are fully resolved.The Successful Applicant Capable of setting priorities, meeting predetermined deadlines, and multitasking.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.People-oriented with a positive and constructive view, enjoying working with others.Results-driven.Must have strong oral and written communication skills.What's on Offer $75k plus super.Parking on site in Scoresby.
