To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a Customer Care Manager who will play a crucial role in partnering with our customers throughout their journey with us—from adoption to expansion and renewal.
You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Support, and Services, to ensure our customers enjoy a seamless experience.

ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of approximately 1,000 mass-market customers, balancing automation (low-touch) with personalized engagement (high-touch) based on individual needs.Facilitate the successful onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have the tools and resources to thrive with Odoo.Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing guidance and support to enhance their experience throughout their projects.Collaborate with our Sales Team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for customer expansion.Must HavePassion for software products.Perfect written and spoken English.Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs.Highly organized, with the ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.Strong priority management skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.Full, unrestricted working rights in Kenya.Minimum academic requirement of a Bachelor's degree.Nice to haveProven experience in administrative roles, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking skills.Additional languages.Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.Work hard/play hard attitude.Experience working with African countries.Availability to start immediately.Based in Nairobi, Kenya.What's great in the job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture.No dumb managers, no stupid tools to use, no rigid working hours.No waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities and autonomy.Expand your knowledge of various business industries.Create content that will help our users on a daily basis.Real responsibilities and challenges in a fast-evolving company.Join us at Odoo, where you'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
