They are currently on the lookout for their next Customer Care Manager to manage the pre-site / on-site team, forecast jobs and report to the Directors.

Your new role
As the Customer Care Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational activities of the customer service teams, ensuring efficient practices and service is provided while supporting the team.
You will engage with clients from contract management throughout the building process through to final handover.
Your main responsibilities will include:
People leadership - management of a stable team of 5 customer care employees who are passionate and committed to succeed.
Provide senior management job progress updates, regular reporting and actively participate in team meetings.
Ensure internal stakeholders (Construction & Operations teams) are kept informed of progress with job files, which includes attending regular meetings.
Contribute positively to the company team culture, employee morale, and company reputation by working in accordance with all the company's policies, procedures and working instructions.
Update job progress in the system through different stages, e.g.
pre-site, on-site & maintenance.
Provide operational input to senior management, have a say in decisions that will have an impact on the continued success of the company and wider business operations.
Coordinate customer queries and escalations involving additional support when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in the residential construction industry is needed to be successful in this role as you will be overseeing the customer care team and must be able to provide insight and knowledge while also providing support to senior management.
You will have strong leadership abilities, strong communication skills both written and verbally and a passion for the construction industry.
