Job Description:

Plains GP Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer care team and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Manage the customer care team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer service.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care.

Requirements:
1. 7+ years of experience in customer service management.
2. Proven track record of managing a high-performing customer care team.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Independent and confident in decision-making.
5. Innovative and able to think outside the box to solve customer problems.
6. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
