Job Description:

Casey's General Stores is looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service at all times.2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.3. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and implement improvements.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance.7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field.3. Strong leadership and communication skills.4. Adaptable and passionate about delivering excellent customer care.5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.6. Experience with strategic planning and implementing customer care strategies.7. Knowledge of ethical conduct and integrity in a professional setting.
