Career Opportunities: Customer Care Manager (14203)Requisition ID 14203 - Posted - Customer Service - Full Time - Queensland The Company MPS Connect has more than 20 years' experience in medication management. Today, we specialise in providing total medication management solutions to the aged care industry in two ways.
The first is our MPS Medica medication management software that connects GPs to pharmacists to aged care facilities, their care staff and residents. It saves time, minimises documentation and reduces preventable medications incidents.
The Opportunity Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Customer Care Operations Manager, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing the ongoing relationship development with MPS Aged Care Facilities, Groups, and MPS Accredited and Aged Care Pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities include: Build relationships with Aged Care Facilities, Corporate groups, and MPS pharmacies.Identify new Aged Care facilities to transition to the MPS Medication Management System.Provide existing MPS Pharmacies and RACF clients with MPS Accreditation and aged care support and updates to assist them in expanding their client base.Prepare and present proposals to potential new customers and clients.Implementation and training for new and existing customers, and MPS Accredited and Aged Care pharmacies in MPS RACF Pharmacy processes and procedures.We are looking for: Bachelor of Pharmacy coupled with extensive customer service experience.Knowledge of Pharmacies and Residential Aged Care Facilities is required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What's on offer: Advance your skills and experience through ongoing training and development.Be part of a progressive, supportive and highly skilled team.Enjoy great employee benefits and access to health & wellbeing programs.Work for an organisation that plays a unique role in supporting healthy communities.At Sigma, our commitment is to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential.
