About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, focusing on loan account management, including fixed rate expiries, switches, top-ups, and other service needs.
Your goal is to deliver exceptional client service while driving growth through strong client relationships.
Who We're Looking For
Finance Experience : 2+ years in finance, ideally in sales, business development, or loan account management.
Relevant Qualification : Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is highly regarded.
Warm, Engaging Personality : A team player who enjoys connecting with clients and brings positive energy to the workplace.
Sales & Business Development Skills : Experience in growing client relationships and driving results through proactive account management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture client accounts, handling loan account needs such as fixed rate expiries, switches, and top-ups.
