Based on our customer care desk, you will be tasked with providing superior customer service as well as support to the centre management team.This is a casual role working approximately 10-15 hours per week with weekend and Thursday night availability being essential. We would also require you to be available throughout the Christmas holiday period.Your tasks will include:Address diverse customers' needs and values and provide exceptional service in line with Stockland's brand essence.Gather, qualify and quantify customer feedback, complaints, and compliments and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business.Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk within the centre.Maintain OH&S standards and procedures and address all health, safety, and environmental issues.Follow all public liability incident management processes.To be successful in this role you:Prior experience delivering great, face-to-face customer/client service.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Sound administrative skills and working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to stay calm under pressure and a resilient attitude.Strong attention to detail and a keen ability to show initiative.Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or Open Work Visa holders with more than 12 months validity from their role start date.Apply today - Stockland - it's your place.
