Greater Springfield Veterinary is seeking a Senior Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and provide exceptional service to our clients and their beloved pets.

About Us Greater Springfield Veterinary is a leading veterinary practice committed to providing the highest level of care to pets in the Greater Springfield & Redbank Plains area.
Our dedicated team of veterinarians and support staff is known for their expertise, compassion, and commitment to improving the lives of animals.
Position Overview As Customer Care, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and ensuring their experience with our practice is seamless.
This permanent position is available 30 to 38 hours per week with shifts on a rotating roster Monday to Saturday between 7am and 8pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism.Managing appointment scheduling and reminders.Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.Processing payments and managing invoices.Maintaining accurate client records and files.Assisting with administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the clinic.Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Experience in a veterinary clinic or healthcare setting highly regarded.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in computer applications and software.Compassion for animals and a genuine desire to provide excellent client service.Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.If you're ready to be a part of a compassionate team dedicated to providing the best care to pets and their owners, we invite you to apply for the Senior Receptionist position at Greater Springfield Veterinary.
