We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Adelaide on a full-time permanent basis. This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers and make outgoing calls to customers to organise new jobs and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence.This role's primary function is retaining customers and building long-term relationships.The core responsibilities in this role include:Providing support to national and key clientsDrawing up contracts for services offeredProcessing purchase ordersPlanning and booking technician jobs for smooth client serviceLiaising with customers on a daily basisProcessing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issuesSupporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations team to achieve targets and deliverablesMaking outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and servicesThe successful candidate will have:Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/account management)Experience in customer retentionHigh attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsExcellent customer service skillsIntermediate computer skillsComplaint handling and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomouslyOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsA love for working in a team environmentThe successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, as well as background checks.Rentokil Initial is a member of the FTSE 100 of leading companies.
