This is a 12 month fixed term, full time role based out of St Kilda, VIC. Reporting to the Pacific Customer Experience Manager. You'll be responsible for driving the Customer Care Excellence Project in the Pacific Region ensuring all deliverables and metrics are executed in line with the Project timeline and budget. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Manage the integration of contact centre technology with existing business tools
Create a common knowledge management resource for both employees and customers
Develop and implement channel strategy
Deploy advanced self service resources for customers
Strong focus on stakeholder and employee engagement
