We have recently introduced a new team to our business: the Customer Care Team.
The objective of this team is to help our business enhance our reputation and build stronger trust with our clients by resolving issues for them.
The Role This role is responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints, disputes, and feedback on the construction and maintenance of residential buildings.
This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively handling issues, developing solutions, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, mediator, and problem-solver with experience in customer relations, particularly in the building and construction sector.
The key to this role will be your ability to navigate through the customer's journey, identify the people involved, investigate and collate all relevant documentation, and work with the relevant teams to find a solution for the customer.
