Only MoleMap's proven sys­tem com­bines head-to-toe skin map­ping by trained Melanog­ra­phers with expert diag­no­sis of any sus­pi­cious moles by spe­cial­ist Dermatologists, and accurate and timely clinical treatment by specialist GP's.

About the Role We're looking for two amazing people to join our customer care team on a fixed term basis for three months.  You will be doing a mix of taking inbound calls from patients, outbound calling to arrange follow up appointments.
This is a very exciting opportunity to join MoleMap as we enter a transitionary period of growth and continue to implement innovative solutions to provide an exceptional patient experience. You will be working side-by-side with our existing customer service staff who will support you every step of the way. 
Based in our modern Greenlane office, the role will be 40 hours a week.
Do be successful, you need:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environmentExcellent listening skills and an ability to empathiseAbility to think on your feet and use your initiativeAttention to detailAmazing verbal communication skillsTo be computer literate i.e., competent with using the Microsoft Office suiteStrong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.On a personal level You will display the following personal attributes:
