We are on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Toowoomba QLD!
You'll be working with a friendly and supportive team to serve customers within the Trade Store, and via phone and email.
Other activities include stock put-away, shelf price maintenance, stock top-ups and ensuring goods are stored neatly.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA's on backorders Warehousing (picking/packing/put-aways) Daily stock replenishment/stock takes Handling of money for purchases (cash/card/account) Showroom displays, stock rotations General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation To be successful, you will have:
Customer service experience in a trade store / retail environment Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach Clear written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment Exceptional organisational and time management skills CULTURE & BENEFITS
