Customer Care Consultant - Trade Store - Mackay QLD We are looking for a new Part-Time team member to join our high performing Trade Store team!
This role is critical within our broader Customer Care Excellence Team and will be based in Mackay QLD .
Whilst you will be focusing on delivering outstanding service to our customers, no 2 days will ever be the same!
We have a learning and development program for the right candidates so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA's on backorders Warehousing when required (picking/packing/put-aways) Daily stock replenishment/stock takes Handling of money for purchases (cash/card/account) Showroom displays, stock rotations General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation To be successful, you will have:
Customer service experience in a trade store / retail environment Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach Clear written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment Exceptional organisational and time management skills Part-Time (25 hours) availability between 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri CULTURE & BENEFITS
