Join our iconic Wesfarmers business as aCustomer Care ConsultantinGeraldton, WA. You'll deliver outstanding service, assist customers face-to-face, stock shelves, track orders, and keep the trade store tidy. No two days will be the same!
This is a permanent full-time role opportunity with work hours between Monday – Friday at 7:30 am – 4:06 pm.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks:
Provide fast-paced customer service via telephone, email, and in person in our trade store
Recommend the best products or services to match customer needs
Maintain trade store presentation standards, including merchandising and restocking
Inform customers of new product ranges and applicable services
Understand customer sales history, proactively identifying requirements
Ensure timely actioning of customer requests within allocated timeframes
Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
Perform some warehouse duties and lifting as required
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Customer service experience in a trade store/retail environment (desirable)
Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
Confidence and experience with computers and Microsoft suites
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, problem solver and time management skills
Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
