YOUR OPPORTUNITY We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Cairns QLD, to provide exceptional service to our growing customer base.
In this key role, you will support different areas of our trade store to serve customers via phone, email, and also support other activities including stock put-away, shelf price maintenance, and stock top-ups ensuring goods are stored neatly.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Face-to-face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA's on backordersDaily stock replenishment/stock takesShowroom displays, stock rotationsGeneral housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisationTo be successful, you will have:
