YOUR OPPORTUNITY Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our customer service team based in Gladstone , to provide great service to some of our biggest Mega Mining clients. In this challenging and rewarding role you will proactively look for solutions that drive the right outcome for both our customers and business. Our supportive management and team will empower you to perfect your customer service skills, investigate issues and escalations, and harness your problem-solving techniques to reach quick and successful outcomes.
