Join a leading health insurance provider as a Customer Care Consultant and be a part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our members.
In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring a positive experience for our customers, providing them with support and assistance from their first interaction through to ongoing care.
Start date is the 25th November for training.
About the Role: As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for valued members, guiding them through their health insurance journey.
You will provide personalised service by making welcome calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring each member has a seamless experience with the services.
Your role will also involve helping members with account-related matters, including payment follow-ups, retentions and providing exceptional service that enhances their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities: Make welcome calls to new members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries and payments Follow up retention calls to members who may consider cancelling or changing their policies  Assist with resolving payment arrears in a friendly, efficient manner Deliver outstanding customer care, ensuring members feel valued and supported Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and retention What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a call centre environment Experience in customer retention, or handling inbound/outbound calls Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service Why Join Us?
