Start date: 2nd December 2024 As a Customer Care Consultant in our contact centre, you will champion our value of Customer Always, demonstrating a customer-centric mindset in all of your interactions.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding promptly, helping with inquiries, resolving issues, and explaining sometimes complex information in a simple manner.
Our contact centres continue to be the launching pad for many people to grow their careers.
We will provide you with all of the tools and the training that you need to succeed.
