We are seeking a dynamic Customer Care Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Port Headland, WA Blackwoods location.
What you'll do:As a Customer Care Consultant your key responsibilities will include:
Serve all our front counter walk in customersAssist in keeping our branch stocks, pricing and promotional displays currentAssist in the receiving, labelling and storing of incoming goodsEnsure store replenishments are completed dailyProcessing customer orders and creditsPicking, packing and despatch of customer ordersGeneral front of house maintenance tasks in our showroomWhat you'll bring with you:As a Customer Care Consultant your skills and experiences will include:
