Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking passionate Customer Service Superstars to join a leading healthcare provider in Launceston.
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
You will assist in addressing sales inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional responses Assist with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and resolving issue Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services and policies Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalations Track and document customer interactions using CRM software Qualifications : Year 12 Completion Experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Proficient in using customer service software (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
