Provide awesome, first-call resolution for both inbound and outbound customer interactions Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalate if needed Guide customers through using the self-service portal, troubleshooting as needed Handle account changes and basic finance related inquiries What We're Looking For:

Requirements for the role:
