Location: Adelaide About the role: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for customers, providing top-tier service across various platforms.
Your role will include answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and educating customers on how to maximize their benefits.
A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities: Provide awesome, first-call resolution for both inbound and outbound customer interactions Help customers discover extra products Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalate if needed Guide customers through using the self-service portal, troubleshooting as needed Handle account changes and basic finance related inquiries What We're Looking For: We're seeking proactive team players with a passion for helping customers.
You'll thrive in this role if you're great at multitasking, have an eye for detail, and enjoy connecting with people over the phone.
