Based in Scoresby our client, a Scientific organisation are seeking a technically minded and passionate customer service consultant to work in their Customer Care team!
The successful candidate will play an integral role in providing a quality experience to customers as a point of contact for scheduling of technical service jobs, customer enquiries, daily invoicing and communication between customers and technicians.

You responsibilities will include:
Managing service bookings and dispatching to Engineers
Daily invoicing and monitoring of revenue/credits.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to investigate outstanding invoices.
Communicating with and supporting functions of the Sales and Service teams
Support the overall team in both a service and administrative capacity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous customer service experience
The ability to communicate at all levels both internal and external to the business
A results focused attitude
The ability to pick up technical information quickly
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced environment
Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook (Salesforce experience will be highly regarded).
This will be a 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday role in their Scoresby office commencing with a 6 month contract.
