Blackwoods is seeking a Customer Care Consultant for Rio Tinto to join our Mega Mining business team.
This full-time role involves delivering exceptional service to Blackwood's largest client and will be based at our Canning Vale, WA office.
Your day-to-day responsibilities: Handle phone and email inquiries, aiming for first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.Identify customer needs through effective questioning and system checks.
Look for ways to improve service and processes.Participate in training to stay updated on processes, policies, and systems.
