We're proud of our award-winning team and business practices, as well as our culture of inclusion across each of our teams and departments.Overview of the Role:We are now looking for a career-minded and goal-oriented individual that wants to start their career or carry on their existing career as a Customer Care Consultant.Reporting to the Sales Manager, your day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:Promoting a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers.Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers.Working collaboratively with the car sales team and F&I team.Liaising with technical colleagues to ensure vehicles in preparation have relevant products applied.Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers.The Successful Applicant Must Have:Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office.Rights to work in Australia.What we can offer you:Uniform supplied at no cost on commencement of employment.Annual awards night.Employee recognition and awards for tenure/years of service.Employee of the month incentive program.Christmas Party for employees, partners, and their children.
