**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a driven and energetic Customer Care Associate to join our team remotely. This part-time role is essential in delivering high-quality support to our customers, ensuring satisfaction, and reinforcing our commitment to excellent service. As a Customer Care Associate, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and engage our customers with transparency and empathy.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information about products, services, and account management.
- **Issue Resolution:** Investigate customer issues and complaints, utilizing strong research and negotiation skills to offer effective solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support, to address customer needs and facilitate seamless service delivery.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather customer feedback and insights, collaborating with management to identify trends and areas for service improvement.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, remaining up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- **Compliance and Policies:** Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all customer interactions.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the energy sector or a related field.
- **Education:** High school diploma or GED; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with remote work tools is a plus.
