Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a remote work position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any concerns in a timely manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and follow up on customer interactions- Utilize project management skills to track and prioritize customer requests and ensure timely resolution- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements:- Energetic and resourceful personality traits- Solid project management and analysis skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience working in a remote or virtual team setting is a plus
