An exciting role to join our Hidrive Team as a Customer Care Associate is available.
A successful candidate will be based at our Perth office and will have an affinity for great communication, attention to detail, and time management.
This role is integral for our Customer Care team, assisting our Fleet Sector.
This customer-facing role will deal with providing Hidrive's customers with certainty as they manage CRM enquiries, problem solving, and customer experience excellence.
A successful candidate will be comfortable on the phone, solution-focused, organised, and able to deal with difficult conversations under pressure.

About the Role
In this role, you will be the face of our Canning Vale site, sitting in our front office, greeting customers, handling inbound enquiries, and forming part of our fleet logistics team.
This role demands a high level of communication and a demonstrated ability to display exceptional levels of customer service.
You may have an industry knowledge background and basic vehicle service skills as an advantage, along with customer/people skills.
This role requires you to be able to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
Duties are varied and include:
Handling incoming service enquiries in person, phone, and web contact Liaising with customers to scope details or assist with their enquiries CRM system management Booking vehicles in and out for assessment, installation, and service, as well as arranging vehicle logistics Working with third parties to coordinate logistics of vehicles In-house product and systems training provided Work within a fantastic team environment Be a part of a dynamic Australian manufacturing business Skills and Experience
Analytical and problem-solving skills Dynamic and motivated team player Accuracy with attention to technical detail Strong time management skills and punctuality Established office skills – computer literacy, administrative duties, filing, scanning, printing, etc.
Reception experience is preferred Motor vehicle knowledge well regarded but not essential To Apply
