We're seeking passionate Customer Care Associate to be part of our dynamic Melbourne-based team.

You'll ensure customer needs are always at the heart of every interaction.
From building rapport with prospective clients to supporting long-term customers, you will play a key role in driving business success and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your ideal experience and skills: Experience in a finance-related role or relevant qualificationAbility to easily build rapport with both prospective and existing customers.A strong service mindset combined with effective influencing skills.Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.A bit about us and what we do:
