**Job Summary:**
The Customer Care Assistant will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support to our clients. This is a remote position that requires a proactive and dedicated individual who can efficiently handle customer inquiries while embodying Goodman Group's standards of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Utilize critical thinking to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Goodman Group products and services to accurately assist customers and resolve queries.
- Document all customer interactions in the appropriate tracking system, ensuring accurate and detailed records for analysis and future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements based on trends and recurring issues.
- Participate in training and development sessions to constantly enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly in relation to customer confidentiality and data protection.
- Uphold high standards in all customer interactions, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects Goodman Group's commitment to excellence.

**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer support role, preferably in a remote environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and adaptable demeanor.
- Proven ability to apply critical thinking skills to troubleshoot customer issues and identify appropriate resolution paths.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time remote work setup.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new systems, processes, and challenges.
