This role will be responsible for providing an exceptional service experience and will act as the first point of contact for the customer for all initial enquiries across Hastings Deering Australia.This is an exciting role that offers variety in day-to-day tasks and the opportunity to interact with customers during moments that matter for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Provide customer service excellence by answering and directing calls in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner.Manage large numbers of customer enquiries across multiple channels.Engage with customers as part of our proactive calling strategy for key moments in the customer's relationship with Hastings Deering.Ensure accurate and complete records of all customer interactions.Work with agility and in collaboration with direct team members and internal stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes for the wider business.Assist with wider administrative tasks including outbound campaigns and digital solution adoption.Why Hastings Deering?At Hastings Deering, our people are our heart - from their first day with us right up to their last.
