As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategies for your portfolio, driving both internal and external sales objectives.Responsibilities include:Develop, implement, and manage customer plans to ensure the successful achievement of objectives.Adapt and formulate action plans in response to changes in the market, retailer, or consumer dynamics, ensuring performance objectives are consistently met.Serve as the primary contact for all Nestlé-related inquiries, both internal and external, pertaining to your category.Support the development of category, channel, and field sales plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Foster positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, both internally and externally.What will make you successful:Proven experience in sales or related field, with a track record of achieving targets.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop effective customer plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and drive results.Demonstrated pharmacy channel sales experience a must.
