We are looking for a part-time Customer Banking Specialist to join our Kalgoorlie team!
Please note that rosters are predetermined. Before applying, please ensure you are available to cover the part-time hours.
22 hours per week:
Monday - 9.30 - 2.30
Tuesday - 9.30 - 1.30
Wednesday - 9.30 - 1.30
Thursday - 9.30 - 2.30
Friday - 9.30 - 1.30

As the Customer Banking Specialist in our Kalgoorlie Branch, you'll:
Have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial AdviceSupport customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts, and process applications for credit productsComplete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changesEducate and demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customersProblem solve and provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures, and driving our risk-averse culture We're interested in hearing from people who have: Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitalityExcellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear wayThe ability to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and place the customer at the centre of everything you doAbility to work in a retail environment that's busy and commercially drivenA genuine interest in building a career with CommBank
