As a Customer Banking Specialist, you'll be at the forefront, working hard to develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
You'll have confidence in Auswide Bank's products and will initiate conversations to understand customers' requirements, ensuring we fulfill their needs.

Key Responsibilities Contribute to providing our customers with a seamless branch experience and uplift in our customer engagement to create 'real customer value'.Handle teller functions, including deposits, withdrawals, account opening/closing, and general inquiries.Ensure compliance with Auswide Bank's Policy & Procedures, privacy guidelines, and other applicable laws and regulations.Actively participate in and support Auswide Bank's programs and initiatives.Collaborate efficiently with the team, participate in problem-solving initiatives, and drive innovation to enhance the organisation's capabilities.Assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes or abnormalities, essentially completing a 'Financial Health Check.'Complete all compliance training and obligations by the required due dates.Work cooperatively with other personnel and external partners to achieve the company's objectives and assigned tasks.What You'll Bring to the TableTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
