About The Role
This role is critical in delivering the Customer strategy for the Bank. As a Customer Banking Fulfilment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high quality, efficient customer experiences assisting with both inbound and outbound enquiries within a specified product range, across several customer choice touchpoints. Full training and support will be provided to assist you with your journey.
Key Responsibilities Act as the Voice of the Customer, championing change and improvements across our customers experienceVerify & update our online deposit and lending applications, as well as making recommendations for account and consumer lending approvalsActively seek opportunities to review customers banking needs to identify opportunities that support all the products and services availableContribute to the onboarding of new customers, while maintaining existing customer relationshipsCollaborate with and support team members throughout the Bank as well as customers across all customer touchpointsEnsure to be compliant with Auswide Bank's Policy & Procedures, privacy guidelines, and other applicable laws and regulationsActively participate in and support Auswide Bank's programs and initiativesCollaborate efficiently with the team, participate in problem-solving initiatives, and drive innovation to enhance the organisation's capabilitiesWhat You'll Bring to the Table As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, time management and communication skills, you will also need to:
