About The Role This role is critical in delivering the Customer strategy for the Bank. As a Customer Banking Fulfilment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high quality, efficient customer experiences assisting with both inbound and outbound enquiries within a specified product range, across several customer choice touchpoints. Full training and support will be provided to assist you with your journey.
Key Responsibilities Act as the Voice of the Customer, championing change and improvements across our customers experience Verify & update our online deposit and lending applications, as well as making recommendations for account and consumer lending approvals Actively seek opportunities to review customers banking needs to identify opportunities that support all the products and services available Contribute to the onboarding of new customers, while maintaining existing customer relationships Collaborate with and support team members throughout the Bank as well as customers across all customer touchpoints About You As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, time management and communication skills, you will also need to:
