As a Customer Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for the highest delivery of an excellent customer experience and seamless service to our existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers through front counter operations including deposits, withdrawals and account transactions Actively promote Auswide Bank's suite of products including Home Loans, Term Deposits, Third Party Products (Allianz Insurance), Western Union/Travel Products and Credit Cards Identify and generate product leads for our Customer Banking Specialist and Home Lenders  Contribute to providing our customers with a seamless branch experience and uplift in our customer engagement to create 'real customer value' Ensure compliance with Auswide Bank's Policy & Procedures, privacy guidelines, and other applicable laws and regulations Actively participate in and support Auswide Bank's programs and initiatives Collaborate efficiently with the team, participate in problem-solving initiatives, and drive innovation to enhance the organisation's capabilities.
