You'll have our support to excel for our customers, deliver positive change for our communities, grow your career all while still having time for what matters most to you.In this role, you willSupport our Traralgon, Warragul, Moe & Sale branches by being the first point of contact for our customers.Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best match their needs and ensure they receive a seamless, consistent, and customised customer service experience every step of the way.Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date.Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy, and secure.Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career development.What you'll bring:A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile.An ability to work collaboratively as a team and resilience, self-motivation, and energy to create our signature customer experience.A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.An appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers.The HoursJoin our team in this casual role within the hours 9.15am-4.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9.15am-5.15pm Friday.Your home branch will be Traralgon, however your skill and expertise may also be required on occasion to cover our Moe, Sale & Warragul branches, so a licence and transport are essential. *Mileage paid.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.We know that our people make us who we are.
