Leave & Relief Customer Advisor Role in Oakleigh and Surrounding Areas
In this role, you will:
Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, offering outstanding service and handling everyday banking inquiries.Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending, and banking transactions.Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy, and secure.Engage in an exciting role that includes travel to support our nearby branches, adding variety to your work and allowing you to experience the broader region.

The Hours:
Please note that this is a Leave & Relief role based in Oakleigh; however, it will also be supporting our Malvern, Elsternwick, and Middle Brighton Area branches. It is essential for you to hold a Driver's Licence and that you can work at short notice, travel between locations with minimal notice, and be flexible regarding working hours. (Travel allowance included)
