This pivotal position will see you as the first point of contact, delivering outstanding service to our customers and responding to their banking needs. As part of a small, supportive team, we're looking for someone who is not only reliable and proactive but is also confident in initiating meaningful customer interactions.About the Role:Provide exceptional customer service and accurate transaction processing.Proactively identify customer needs and cross-sell products and services.Uphold compliance standards and complete necessary training.Conduct outbound calls to engage existing customers, strengthening relationships.What We're Looking For:A service-driven individual with a solid grasp of customer service principles.Ability to thrive independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.FSRA ASIC Tier II Accreditation (or willingness to obtain upon starting).Previous banking or finance experience is a plus but not essential.This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, customer-focused role with Regional Australia Bank.
