About You You do not need to have previous experience in banking to be successful in this role, but you are willing to put the customer first and want to ensure the provision of excellent service with a genuine desire to understand and support customers with their financial needs.
You also have great attention to detail, an ability to interact and communicate effectively with others, and sound numeracy and literacy skills. Add to that the ability to work well within a team as well as independently, and you may well be our next customer advisor!
Working hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 9:45am to 3:15pm and Friday from 8:45am to 3:15pm (with a 30-minute lunch break on Friday). You will learn the fundamentals of banking whilst developing trusted customer relationships.
