the role

Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to support the Service Network through achieving customer satisfaction. This role will see you responsible for;

Providing administrative supportManaging and updating service ordersUpdating service order statusEnsuring system data is accurateOrder managementSupporting new system/function implementationLiaising with Service Managers and Service CentresMonitoring to ensure providers are complying with company processes and proceduresCreating ad hoc reports and case studies to identify areas of improvement

Have strong communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literate (MS Office Suite essential)Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment, autonomouslyAnalytical, results and detail orientedQuick learner with ability to absorb new information with a meticulous and proactive approachBe resourcefulPossess a high attention to detail
