A job to be proud of: As a Customer Account Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of major public and private hospital accounts, Home Care Providers, and aged care facilities.
You will be responsible for the effective management of Patient and Community Transport services through a customer-focused attitude to patient and customer satisfaction, while supporting the Strategic Partnerships Manager with sales and growth strategies.
This is a fixed-term contract for approximately 18 months working 37.5 hours per week.
What you'll do: Develop relationships with loyal clients; ask for their feedback and provide feedback to the business unit for the purpose of enhancing the quality of service. Effective, proactive engagement with customers to understand their community and patient transfer needs. Utilise problem-solving skills and show initiative to ensure that customer needs are understood and met wherever possible. Maintain strict visit regime, attending regular client meetings as required, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Dealing with all aspects of a campaign to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively and strategically with customers to identify improvements to SJWA and their patient transfers systems including the online booking system. Continually monitor customer satisfaction with SJWA services and act to address issues or capitalise on opportunities. Establish and manage projects at specific locations to deliver identified service improvements. What you'll need: Strong account management skills in a long-cycle sales environment. High level verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including evidence of building networks and collaborative working arrangements with diverse stakeholder groups. Current unrestricted 'C' Class Drivers Licence. Good problem-solving and organisational skills. Strong customer relationship building skills. Working knowledge of CRM programs – Salesforce desirable.
