Requisition ID 10131 - Posted - Maria St Admin2Band 5 – base salary from $117,700 per annum (plus super) – total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experienceAs a Customer Account Manager in a newly created team, you will be the primary point of contact for our large (and at times complex) distribution customers, where you will proactively develop and nurture relationships to deliver outstanding service and tailored solutions within your portfolio.You'll work collaboratively across teams to ensure the needs of our customers are met, mitigating any risk to TasNetworks and ensuring alignment with our commitment to customer service excellence and sustainable renewable energy in Tasmania.The Customer Account Manager is responsible for resolving any customer issues, remaining at the forefront of industry changes and trends, to provide accurate and up to date advice to both customers and internal stakeholders.This role can be based at our Northern or Southern offices, with some local travel required.About youYou will bring demonstrated experience in Customer or Stakeholder Account Management, with an engaging, motivated approach and fresh vision for how to best service our customers.You will have a proven understanding of the balance between commercial strategy and customer service, drawing upon your strong communication and people skills to build and maintain effective business relationships.You will have experience in change management processes, highlighting your ability to influence effectively and collaborate and communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.You will bring effective time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, working both independently and part of a team as you build the role.Experience in the electricity industry (ideally the electricity distribution regulatory regime) with a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.What's on offerThis is a Permanent, full-time opportunity, offering an attractive remuneration and benefits package.At TasNetworks we want to power a bright future for our people, our community, and our customers.
